Each year the library carries a supply of basic federal 1040 forms and instructions.  Federal forms can also be printed from the IRS website.

The Missouri Department of Revenue does not provide paper tax forms to the library. Missouri tax forms may be downloaded and printed from the Forms and Manuals section of the Missouri Department of Revenue website.
